I’m a Partner and General Counsel at Collider, the leading Israeli crypto VC.
For the past decade, I’ve worked closely with founders on building companies, raising capital, and structuring deals in a way that supports long-term growth.
Since joining the VC side in 2020, I’ve been involved in more than 100 crypto transactions across multiple market cycles. I’ve seen many structures, narratives, and trends come and go, and I'm passionate about what actually works, what creates unnecessary risk, and how founders and investors can get the structure right to build long-term, successful companies and win together.
Before Collider, I spent five years as a corporate lawyer at one of Israel’s leading law firms, working with early-stage companies and international businesses on venture financings and M&A. During the 2017 bull run, I shifted into crypto and helped build one of Israel’s first dedicated blockchain practices at the firm.
I hold degrees in Law and Economics from Tel Aviv University. Outside work, I enjoy cooking, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
